Each small-group personal training session is 60 minutes, and is limited to 12 members. By limiting the number of members per session, we are able to create an intimate setting which allows us to cater our clients on an individual basis; both in terms of skill level and physical ability. Additionally, our small group classroom features a wide variety of fitness equipment making workout routines fun and interesting. All of our small-group sessions are comprised of structured workouts that are designed to tap into each of the following elements of fitness: agility, cardiovascular, strength, balance, flexibility, power, endurance, speed coordination, stamina and accuracy. Groupfit members will receive a comprehensive nutrition packet to help guide them to a healthier lifestyle outside of the studio. one-on-one personal training
One-on-one personal training is available for those who are looking for an even more individualized training experience, or for those who may not feel ready to jump into the small-group training sessions. Private training can help our clients excel and attain their maximum potential by focusing on their specific situation in terms of skill level, ultimate goals, strengths, or weaknesses. Personal training clients will receive a comprehensive nutrition packet to help guide them to a healthier lifestyle outside of the studio. With individually tailored workouts and the addition of nutritional guidance, our trainers will get you the results you are looking for.
cardio and strength membership
The cardio membership includes use of the weight area, as well as state of the art cardio machines. Pre-designed workout routines, cardio and stretching cards are available to help you become independently fit and healthy.
