ferrum fitness offers unique small-group personal training (with groups of 15 members or less), called groupfit, which is geared towards providing the most effective and efficient workout routines. Our program is developed and catered to adapt to the abilities and needs at every fitness level. Led by certified personal trainers, small-group personal training provides the results of one-on-one training in a fun and motivating classroom setting. This program provides workout routines that include strength training, weight lifting as well as endurance, agility and functional training. Our group training programs provide you with well rounded workouts that will get you in the best shape of your life!
